Seda Atria launches new Sous Chef

In its aim of bringing Ilonggo dishes with delectable twists, Seda Atria has recently introduced award-winning Iloggo chef Albert Ledesma as its new Sous Chef.

Chef Albert Ledesma is sharing to his fellow Ilonggos his cooking prowess by giving them authentic dining experience through Seda Atria’s on-site restaurant Misto and roof deck bar Straight Up Bar.

Misto which can accommodate 80 people offers a buffet breakfast and a la carte dining all-day. On the other hand, Straight Up Bar is a perfect place to chill out with its relaxing ambiance and stunning view of Iloilo City’s skyline.

With Chef Albert’s expertise in fusing flavors, Ilonggos will surely have a brand new gastronomic experience both at Misto and Straight Up Bar.

Chef Albert was the champion of the recent Elite Chef Challenge 2016 and even won awards on the international level. According to Seda Atria Hotel Manager Joseph Del Rosario, the quality of the chefs and restaurant kitchen crew and staff are in keeping with their service-oriented culture.

Now as Chef Albert is in charge of the kitchen, residents, visitors and foodies alike will delight in the refreshing new flavors and tantalizing dishes from Seda Atria with the launch of their exciting new menu for Misto and Straight Up Bar effective March 1, 2017.
